The State of Contingent Workforce Management 2018-2019

Introduction

The State of Contingent Workforce Management:
Welcome to the New World of Work

REPORT AUTHOR: CHRISTOPHER J. DWYER, VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH, ARDENT PARTNERS

Thank you for participating in Ardent Partners' annual contingent workforce- and Future Of Work-focused research effort. Our goal is to publish the definitive "State of Contingent Workforce Management" report for the year and your participation is invaluable!

This year's research study seeks to uncover the key trends that are driving organizations to answer a critical question: "How does work get done?". From the utilization of contingent and non-employee labor (including services) to the rise of new innovations and technologies, we are living in a new world of work. This critical new research study will be the official "guidebook" for thriving in this exciting new world of business. (For the purposes of this research study, "non-employee" talent includes temporary workers (sourced via staffing suppliers), freelancers, independent contractors, robotics, professional services, and "gig" workers.)

Please note the last survey question, which asks if you would be willing to participate in a 20-to-30 minute interview with the report author, Christopher J. Dwyer. Your discussion may remain completely anonymous.

As a thank you for taking this ~15 minute survey, you will receive a free copy of this report when it publishes in October 2018.

Finally, if you find the topics covered by this survey to be very relevant to your work, you will find great value in attending our
